TM-EFThis type of die, patented by MORTE, was developed for large productions and comprises 3 casings. The main features of this die are the easy replacement of spare parts, the external regulation system by means of BRAKES and the CORE HOLDER fixing system.
The CORE HOLDER is modular, which guarantees stability during extrusion and makes it easier to change spare parts. This also allows the use of materials that are more resistant to wear.
This system guaranty the stability during extrusion and it is firmly recommended for extrusion of complex geometry blocks and thin walls.
There is the possibility of protecting the casings with INNER STEEL, as a replaceable part. Thus we can extend the die’s lifetime and the final product’s quality is greatly increased.
