Mechanical-welded pressure head totally reinforced to guarantee a good mechanical performance during extrusion. The pressure head includes a refrigeration system to avoid overheating and a device to place a pressure manometer.

MORTE designs and manufactures pressure heads for all types of extruders and that adapt perfectly to the dies that are placed on them.

It consists of a fixing ring to the extruder, a fixing plate on which the dies are placed, an outer casing that is the right size to guarantee problem-free extrusion and an internal chamber that enables the extrusion clay to be cooled using water. Based on the dimensions of the pressure head, the latter includes external strengtheners that give it greater strength.
