Mechanical-welded pressure head totally reinforced to guarantee a good mechanical performance during extrusion. The pressure head includes a device to place a pressure manometer and exterior brakes to control the clay flow.

MORTE designs and manufactures pressure heads for all types of extruders and that adapt perfectly to the dies that are placed on them.

It consists of a fixing ring to the extruder, a fixing plate on which the dies are placed, an outer casing that is the right size to guarantee problem-free extrusion and a row of brakes that can easily be controlled from the outside, and that allow the flow of clay to be regulated. Based on the dimensions of the pressure head, the latter includes external strengtheners that give it greater strength.

Optionally, breaks can have an RDT covering for ease of sliding.
