The design and manufacture of MORTE products have been developed so that they can be independently placed by clients in their facilities. If any problems arise, distance solutions are proposed in order to correct them.

However, if necessary and/or at the client’s request, our technical support service travels to clients’ facilities for on-site problem solving.

A multimedia tool has also been published for the maintenance of our equipment so that operators are guided inside our molds through simple steps and useful tips.
