MORTE combines their extensive experience in die design for all types of ceramic parts with the ability to predict their thermal behavior.

This way, when a client requests a new mold with a given heat demand, MORTE previously analyzes that solution and predicts the behavior of the parts “on site”, even before manufacturing the die.

MORTE, as part of its ongoing commitment to innovation, has developed a procedure that, taking into account current regulations as well as the intrinsic properties of the materials involved in walls (thermal conductivity, density,...), predicts the thermal transmission coefficient (U) of a wall.

For this we rely on Finite Elements software (ANSYS), whose results have been validated with internationally recognized test laboratories.
