The Mould Washer model TM-LV1500 is made of stainless steel AISI 304 and has been designed in order to facilitate the cleaning of the moulds using water pressure once the extrusion process has terminated.

This machine has become a basic part of the ceramic mould manufactured because, apart from replacing labour, it also helps to maintain the structure of the moulds without causing deterioration.

Equipped with all the required safety standards it is possible to distinguish three areas in the Mould Washer:

Wash area: the mould is cleaned with pressure water. The mould carrier is situated in this area and exists the machine automatically, greatly facilitating the positioning of the moulds.

Control area: here we find the pump, pressure equipment and control panel used for programming the machine.

Decanting area: in this area the remains of clay and dirt dragged by the water during the cleaning process is deposited here. This water is then drained away.
