TM-EF DIE
DESCRIPTION:
- Housing composed of 3 plates (ENTU-1, ENTU-2 and ENTU-3).
- CORE HOLDER fixing system, patented by MORTE.
- Recommended for large production runs.
FEATURES:
- Clay flow regulation by external brakes.
- Modular core holder (independent parts) or single block, depending on the product to be extruded.
- Maximum extrusion stability.
- More uniform clay compaction.
- Easy spare part replacement.
- Any type of ceramic product can be extruded with this type of die (e.g. ceramic block, hollow brick, calibric, solid bricks, insulating blocks…)

Possibilities for ENTUs:
Alloy steel:
- Plate of structural steel, good mechanical strength for machining and welding when necessary.
Alloy steel and inner steel manufactured in treated steel:
- Plate of structural steel, protected inside interchangeable inner steel to ensure longer die life.
Treated steel:
- Steel subjected to hardening and tempering treatment.
Chrome coating:
- Hard chrome coating on alloy steel base.
Alumina:
- Made entirely in alumina oxide.
Tungsten carbide:
- Our own formulation, MOR-05. This is the best anti-wear solution on the market.
Treated steel:
- Steel subjected to hardening and tempering treatment.
