Strategic alliance between MORTE and REHART

MORTE and REHART have signed a strategic alliance for the distribution and the technical service of the extrusion Dies and the technology of MORTE in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Romania and Poland.

REHART is a European leading company in the regeneration and surface hardening of wearing parts which, as MORTE ,coincides with the philosophy based on teaming with the customer, offering solutions that optimize their production processes in a constant search for profitability.

A profitability that, viewed from MORTE´s extrusion Dies, is based on three elements:

• The modular conception of the Dies manufactured by MORTE offering greater flexibility that guarantees a longer useful life, thanks to the ease of parts replacement. One feature which makes a significant difference to the international competition.

• The use of highly wear resistant materials as the Hard Metal (tungsten carbide). A material highly more resistant to abrasion and wear than the typical chrome materials commonly used in Germany which allows the use of the entire structure of the Die and guarantees an important save in the process which significantly compensate the investment. Besides, the Hard Metal provides and additional stability to the Dies manufactured by MORTE and improved quality of the extruded pieces. The materials proposedby MORTE for the areas more exposed to wear (frame set, cores, inner steel and chore holders), provide superior extrusion die length and an increased number of extruded bricks, and thereby improve the profitability of its customers.

• But, above all, MORTE stands out for its service and the proximity to its customers.MORTE works in close collaboration with every customer from the first trial. Testing, identifying improvements and implementing them in order to optimize the work processes. Once the agreement is signed, the technical service of MORTE will be provided by REHART in the aforementioned countries.

Two companies MORTE and REHART, as their manager recognised, that were destined to form an alliance in a market like the Central European, so as to offer an efficient and trusted alternative in the provision of extrusion Dies for the ceramic industry.
